Bitumen Performance Grade 76 -10

Bitumen PG 76-10 is a high-performance paving binder designed for extreme temperature conditions. It exhibits excellent resistance to rutting and permanent deformation at high pavement temperatures, with a minimum dynamic shear value of 1 KPa at 76 °C and a low rotational viscosity of 0.61 Pa.s at 135 °C, ensuring easy handling and application during asphalt mixing and paving. Its high flash point of 334 °C guarantees safe operation during heating and mixing processes.

This bitumen also demonstrates outstanding durability under long-term aging and environmental stress. The Pressure Aging Vessel (PAV) test shows a maximum shear of 5000 KPa at 34 °C, while the Rolling Thin Film Oven (RTFO) test ensures a minimum shear of 2.2 KPa at 76 °C, confirming its stability against short-term aging. Additionally, the Bending Beam Rheometer (B.B.R) results at 0 °C—stiffness of 95.7 MPa and m-value of 0.32—highlight its excellent low-temperature cracking resistance, making it suitable for regions experiencing both high heat and extreme cold.
